NO CELL PHONES and NO CAMERAS

Got up to LA about 10:45 am to stand in line for American Idol. Around 4:30 pm we received our tickets to enter the beautiful Nokia Theatre. Our seats were totally worth the wait. Orchestra section in row AA seat 205...about 27 rows back over Randy's right shoulder. After standing - in the sun- for almost 6 hours we were all a little tired. So we cheered when we could, but mostly just sat and took it all in. In exactly one hour we were exiting and heading back to our car. Stopped for a short dinner at the Original Pantry Cafe ( "We never close. We're never without a customer."), and then back on the freeway to head home.

I don't have any proof because we weren't allowed to take our cameras or cell phones in, but it was incredible and I am exhausted.

The Pantry has the best pancakes! And the worst coffee.
