Today was Jonathan's Fantasy Football Draft for his League that he is co-commissioner of. To some this might not be a big deal, but in the Witt household it means a lot of planning - and a whole day where nothing else can be planned.
For the second year in a row, Katie and I cooked a small meal and some snacks for them to enjoy while drafting.

The snacks portions was a dip theme with: Beef Queso Guacomole Fiesta Ranch
It is so fun for me to be cooking, especially with Katie by my side, that it almost makes ALL of the fantasy talk that happens ALL year long (not just all season long) bearable.
