On Friday Jonathan got me a Disneyland Pass for my birthday. A whole year at the Happiest Place on Earth. It was a great night mixed with Disneyland, friends, food and Fall weather.

Happy Birthday To Me! (Part 1)

Yesterday at small group we had a little impromptu birthday celebration. First Jenny came in with the most delicious looking (and tasting) mud pie, and then Alanna came with some Twilight cupcakes for my birthday that she decorated herself. As Jonathan was choosing which ones he was going to eat I couldn't stop staring at them. They are red velvet which is so appropriate for vampires and werewolves. They were too pretty to eat...so I enjoyed mud pie...but I saved one from each team to eat at a later time!

The count down is on to my birthday. 5 days...
I've already done some birthday shopping with some birthday money that I have gotten. I bought some clothes and tomorrow this cute thing is supposed to be arriving.

I Don't Get It

As I was getting my nails done I read an article about a dog with two legs that walks upright. Faith the Dog. I don't get it. First of all the dog was born this way and the owner's picked her out of the litter (where the mom dog was trying to smother her mind you). Then they trained her to walk upright by holding peanut butter over her head. This is what I don't get...if it is that easy why don't all dogs just walk upright?
